目的 观察补中益气汤加减对经乳晕入路甲状腺癌手术后的干预作用为临床用药提供依据为患者快速康复提供药物支持。方法 选择 2018 年 1 月至 2019 年 12 月广东省第二中医院经乳晕入路甲状腺癌手术 160 例为研究对象随机分为治疗组与对照组。所有入组患者均在术后口服甲状腺激素片根据甲状腺功能调整治疗组根据中医辨证加用补中益气汤加减。 结果治疗 3 月后治疗组临床疗效、抑郁焦虑情绪评估均优于对照组P  0.05炎症反应程度无明显差异P  0.05。 结论中药汤药补中益气汤加减可以明确用于改善经乳晕入路微创甲状腺癌术后患者的临床症状提高临床治疗效果值得深入研究并在临床工作中大力推广。
