目的 观察和分析亲子鉴定案例中常染色体 STR 基因座的突变特征与规律情况。 方法 选择 AGCU EX22 荧光检测试剂盒检测的案件 942 例筛选该试剂盒 21 个常染色体STR 基因座的突变事件判断突变等位基因的来源统计各基因座的突变率分析突变的特点。 结果 942 例亲子鉴定中双亲鉴定有 317 例单亲鉴定有 625 例结论为“支持”的共有 865 例。在结论为“支持”的案例中统计到 27 例有 STR 基因座发生突变 16 个基因座有突变现象发生突变率在 0.0859%  0.3436% 之间。 27 例均为一步突变其中 1 例有 2 个 STR 位点突变的现象。突变来源上父系和母系来源比例为 5.75:1。 结论 STR 基因座突变是较为常见的现象当有 1~2 个基因座违反遗传规律时应选择突变率低、多态性好的遗传标记补充检测 STR 位点以及借助二代测序等手段以提高鉴定的准确率。
