目的 优化妇必舒阴道泡腾片的生产工艺得到适宜的制剂处方。 方法 以酸度、泡沫高度、维持时间作为指标来设计 L9(34)正交试验考察酸源、碱源所构成的泡腾剂以及其表面活性剂海藻酸钠所组成的稳泡剂的最佳用量。 结果 经方差分析确定该阴道泡腾片的处方为浸膏提取物 25g羧甲淀粉钠 6.0g、枸橼酸 18.0g、碳酸氢钠 16.0g 混匀加入海藻酸钠 0.75g加硬脂酸镁适量。 结论 该方法优化了妇必舒阴道泡腾片的生产工艺得到的制剂处方具有较好的可压性和可重复性。
