目的 建立氨酚麻美干混悬剂中有关物质的检测方法并比较抗炎效果变化。 方法 主要考察在不同处理条件下对乙酰氨基酚产生相关物质的氨基酚采用高效液相色谱 (HPLC) 法以醋酸铵溶液 (pH 调至 5.0) 一甲醇 (85 15) 为流动相检测波长为 257 nm。 结果 对氨基酚与样品中各主要成分能有效分离但经破坏处理后该药的抗炎效果下降。结论 该方法适用于氨酚麻美干混悬剂的有关物质检查并能预测抗炎效果的变化。
