目的 探析循证护理联合临床路径护理在急性期精神分裂症患者中的应用。 方法 选取 2018 年 11 月至 2019 年 11 月在我院接受治疗的 100 例精神分裂症患者作为主要研究对象采用数字随机表法分组各 50 例。两组均实施常规护理观察组增加循证护理联合临床路径护理对两组的护理效果进行对比。 结果 两组患者护理后的精神护理观察量表评分低于护理前日常生活评定量表评分高于护理前观察组高于对照组差异有统计学意义P  0.05两组患者护理后的焦虑量表评分、抑郁量表评分均明显小于护理前且观察组小于对照组有显著差异P  0.05。 结论 对急性期精神分裂症患者实施循证护理联合临床路径护理有利于患者负面情绪的改善可改善患者的症状更有利于患者的康复值得进一步推广应用。
