目的 探究糖尿病合并冠心病患者临床护理中应用多样性护理的疗效。 方法 将 2017 年 10 月 -2018 年 10 月就诊我院符合糖尿病合并冠心病的诊断标准的患者 76 例以随机数字表法分组为常规组常规护理、研究组多样化护理干预各纳入 38 例对比血糖控制水平、生活质量、护理满意度。 结果 干预后研究组血糖下降程度比常规组更显著P&lt;0.05研究组生活质量各指标评分均高于常规组 ,P&lt;0.05护理满意度对比研究组、常规组分别为 94.74%、 76.32%研究组明显更高P&lt;0.05。 结论 针对糖尿病合并冠心病患者临床采取多样性护理干预可促进患者更好的控制血糖水平增强心功能改善患者生活质量提高患者满意度临床应用价值高。
