目的 探讨分析优质护理干预在高血压性鼻出血患者护理中效果。 方法 抽取我院 2017 年 10 月 1 日 -2018 年 4 月 1 日收治的 92 例高血压性鼻出血患者为研究对象以入院单双号随机将 92 例患者划分为对照组n=46以及研究组n=46对照组采取常规护理研究组采取优质护理干预分析护理效果。 结果 研究组护理满意率高于对照组P  0.05两组患者入院舒张压及收缩压无统计学价值P  0.05研究组复诊舒张压及收缩压均低于对照组P  0.05研究组遵医行为、日常生活、药物治疗以及健康行为等自我能效评分均高于对照组P  0.05。 结论 对高血压性鼻出血患者实施优质护理干预有利于控制患者血压提升自我能效具有显著的护理效果。
