目的 研究糖尿病肾病采用左卡尼汀联合前列地尔治疗的效果。 方法 研究时段是 2017.4-2019.3研究对象我院接收的 66例糖尿病肾病患者采纳随机数字表法分为观察组左卡尼汀联合前列地尔与对照组前列地尔各 33 例比较两组观察指标、肾功能、临床疗效及不良反应。 结果 两组治疗前 CysC 与 RBP 指标无统计学意义P  0.05治疗后与对照组比较观察组 CysC 与 RBP 指标低BUN、SCr 及 β 2-MG 指标低有效率高且不良反应发生率低P  0.05。 结论 左卡尼汀联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病能提高整体疗效。
