目的 探索 Orem 自护理论驱动下的护理实践活动在神经内科优质护理服务中的应用效果。 方法 本研究将优质护理服务评价指标纳入考核中结合 Orem 自护理论设置个体化自护康复计划。规范为患者提供护理活动和流程比较实施前、后患者基础护理到位率和患者满意度。 结果 实施前、后住院患者基础护理到位率有明显改善P  0.05实施前、后患者满意度有明显改善P  0.05。 结论 在创建优质护理服务中运用个体化自护康复计划能规范护理行为提升护理服务品质。
