目的 为了解我县主要死因确定肿瘤、循环系统等慢性病主要影响寿命因素防控有限领域为制定卫生工作政策和评价干预措施效果提供科学依据。 方法 根本死因按第 10 版国际疾病分类标准ICD-10的要求进行分类编码处理使用SPSS23.0 和 Excel 软件分别计算不同年龄 5 岁为一个年龄段、不同死因类别的死亡率及死因顺位。 结果 2013—2017 年居民前 5 位死因为恶性肿瘤 26.25%、呼吸系统疾病 19.02%、心脏病 16.29%、脑血管病 14.26% 及损伤和中毒 11.57%。 结论长泰县居民的主要死亡原因分别为恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、脑血管病、损伤和中毒及心脏病等慢性非传染性疾病应采取相应的有效防控措施以提高居民的期望寿命。
