目的 对比活血定痛汤配合温针治疗腰椎间盘疾患临床疗效。 方法 将 2018 年 1 月至 2018 年 12 月期间在我院就诊的 120 例腰椎间盘疾患的患者分为观察组和治疗组 ; 对观察组患者单纯采用活血定痛汤进行治疗对治疗组患者用温针疗法联合活血定痛汤进行治疗共治疗 3 个疗程然后观察两组患者治疗的效果和腰部功能改善情况。 结果 与观察组患者相比对照组患者治疗的总有效率较高治疗后其 VAS 及 Oswestry 评分较低P  0.05。 结论 活血定痛汤配合温针治疗腰椎间盘疾患疗效确切可明显减轻患者腰腿疼痛的症状。
