自 2013 年建设“丝绸之路经济带”和“21 世纪海上丝绸之路”的宏伟构想提出以来“一带一路”已经取得了令人瞩目的成绩成为相关国家经济社会发展的助推器。但同时我们也应该看到“一带一路”倡议实施以来也遭遇了诸多的挑战。中国企业尤其是对外工程承包企业走出去在享受“一带一路”提供的重要契机的同时也面临着诸如东道国政治风险、民族宗教因素、恐怖主义、国际犯罪、本地化要求、知识产权、第三国干预等方面的风险加之近年来逆全球化、贸易保护主义思潮涌起如何全面认知和透彻分析倡议实施过程中可能遭遇的风险成为“一带一路”沿线对外工程承包相关风险研究的重要内容。论文以中国自身为分析主题着重就“一带一路”沿线对外工程承包可能面临的风险进行分析。
