The present research study reflected the insufficiencies in the optimal parenting capacities and the incidental factors in the mothers, limit the development of favorable maternal attitudes in the mother-child relationship, which is why health is not only evaluated within the parameters of good physical and mental health, but also refers to the social environment and how we relate to it. The objective of the research carried out was to develop a psychotherapeutic strategy based on psychological well-being to promote positive maternal attitudes in patients from the Morrope Health Center, a sample of 50 adolescent patients was taken into account, to whom the attitude scale was applied. Maternal by Roth Robert and Ryff's Psychological Well-Being Questionnaire: Autonomy, Mastery of the Environment, Life Purpose and Personal Growth and predominant maternal attitude overprotection. A group of indicators was obtained that enabled the creation of a psychotherapeutic strategy that favored the best maternal attitudes.
