PARTICIPACIÓN CIUDADANA Y PRESUPUESTO PARTICIPATIVO EN LA MUNICIPALIDAD PROVINCIAL DE HUALGAYOC – BAMBAMARCA, 2018

The current research entitled: Citizen participation and participatory budget in the Provincial Municipality of Hualgayoc – Bambamarca, 2018, aims to determine the relationship that exists between citizen participation and budget in the Provincial Municipality of Hualgayoc – Bambamarca, 2018. The participatory budget has as an instrument of policy and public management, in which regional and local authorities, the organization of a population represented, conceptualize together, on how the resources, which are linking to citizen participation, the study is located in the quantitative paradigm where correlation is configured as an appropriate method to analyze participatory budget management and citizen participation, this research is uses the statistical formula to demonstrate the correlation between Citizen Participation and Participatory Budget in the Provincial Municipality of Hualgayoc – Bambamarca, 2018. The results by applying Pearson's correlation coefficient in SPSS were obtained in the questionnaires to the encustados, presented in table No. 03, was obtained (citizen participation and participatory budget) 0.83339608, indicating that there is high direct correlation.
