NIVEL DE SATISFACCIÓN DE LAS MADRES DE NIÑOS/AS MENORES DE 5 SOBRE LA CALIDAD DE ATENCIÓN DEL PROFESIONAL DE ENFERMERÍA EN EL PROGRAMA DE CRECIMIENTO Y DESARROLLO DEL C. S PIMENTEL. 2016

In our country, from the creation of the Unified Health System, the principles are aimed at achieving the satisfaction of patients and relatives, for this reason the nursing professional emphasizes their actions from the beginning of the profession, in this sense the present investigation aims to determine the level of satisfaction of mothers of children under 5 years of age on the quality of care of the nursing professional in the growth and development program of CS Pimentel "March-July 2016. Through quantitative, descriptive research cross-section, whose sample population was 110 female users of children under 5 years of age, to whom the questionnaire validated by expert judgment was applied with 22 questions distributed in five scales: Reliability, Responsiveness, Security, Empathy, Tangible Aspects ; obtaining that 82.0% is satisfied and only 18% of the user mothers are dissatisfied, this high satisfaction value of the users indicates a good quality of attention of the nursing staff, likewise of all analyzed dimensions the empathy achieves the highest degree of satisfaction with 86.5% stating that the nursing professional listens to him attentively and treats him with kindness, respect and patience; the lowest percentage of satisfaction corresponds to tangible aspects with 77% related to equipment and materials necessary for their care. Concluding that the quality of the nursing services is rated as satisfied by the users of the health center and study period.
