В данной статье исследуются адсорбционные слои электроноакцепторных N -незамещенных дифуран-дикетопирролопирролов на поверхности графита. Рассматриваются три конформера, получающиеся внутримолекулярным вращением и различающиеся взаимным расположением центрального дикетопирролопиррольного блока и фурановых заместителей:  состояния. Адсорбционные слои образуются в процессе самосборки  на поверхности графита за счет межмолекулярной водородной связи, как показывает атомистическое молекулярно-динамическое моделирование. В расчетах имитируется экспериментальный процесс создания слоев, называемый методом нанесения капли. Во всех смоделированных системах наблюдается образование стабильных супрамолекулярных полимеров - длинных упорядоченных ассоциатов на поверхности. Однако, энергия межмолекулярного связывания в этих полимерах и сила и тип водородной связи зависят в той или иной мере от конформации. Каждая из перечисленных характеристик проанализирована количественно, с помощью чего представлена молекулярная картина построения слоев дифуран-дикетопирролопиррола. Исследуемые материалы могут использоваться в области органической электроники, в частности, для органических полевых транзисторов. In this computational work, we investigate the adsorption layers of electron-deficient N -unsubstituted difuran-diketopyrrolopyrroles. Three conformational states differing in the mutual orientation of the central diketopyrrolopyrrole unit and furan flanks are distinguished: . The adsorption layers are obtained during  self-assembly on graphite surface through intermolecular hydrogen bonding in all-atom MD simulations. The experimental process for the construction of the adlayers called the spin-coating technique is reproduced in the modelling. In all simulated systems, the formation of stable supramolecular polymers is observed which build the ordered carpets on the surface. However, the binding energetics and the strength and the type of the hydrogen bonding are highly sensitive to the molecular conformation. We quantify each of these characteristics and provide a molecular picture of difuran-diketopyrrolopyrrole adlayers relevant for organic field-effect transistor applications.
