Актуальность темы исследования определяется необходимостью регулярного мониторинга факторов нестабильности, возникающих в условиях пандемии COVID-19, исследования их на предмет угрозы экономической безопасности российскому государству, а также поиска инструментов их нивелирования. Цель исследования: выявление новых вызовов экономической безопасности государства в эпоху нестабильности, обусловленной развитием пандемии COVID-19, а также определение направлений государственной поддержки для стабилизации социально-экономической обстановки в национальном хозяйстве России. Использован метод экономического анализа для изучения динамики показателей экономической безопасности в период 2017-2021 гг., метод компаративного анализа для сравнения показателей заболеваемости коронавирусом в России и мире. Метод систематизации, графический прием, системный подход использованы в процессе выделения характерных особенностей протекания пандемии и определения угроз экономической безопасности, а также при разработке рекомендаций по их нивелированию. Научная новизна состоит в проведении комплексного анализа угроз экономической безопасности России как результата негативного воздействия пандемии, а также в формировании рекомендаций по их преодолению. Авторы проанализировали динамику распространения социально-экономического воздействия пандемии на национальное хозяйство России, выделили три этапа пандемического кризиса, определяемые мерами международного регулирования и национальной экономической политики. В статье проведен анализ факторов нестабильности в период пандемии, а также выделены угрозы экономической безопасности России. Определены базовые направления стабилизации социально-экономической обстановки в России. The relevance of the research topic is determined by the need for regular monitoring of instability factors arising in the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, their research for threats to the economic security of the Russian state, as well as the search for tools to level them. The purpose of the study is to identify new challenges to the economic security of the state in an era of instability caused by the development of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as to identify areas of state support for stabilizing the socio-economic situation in the national economy of Russia. Research methodology. The authors applied the method of economic analysis to study the dynamics of economic security indicators in the period 2017-2021; the method of comparative analysis to compare the incidence of coronavirus in Russia and the world. The method of systematization, the graphical method, and the systematic approach were used in the process of identifying the characteristic features of the pandemic and determining threats to economic security, as well as in developing recommendations for their leveling. The scientific novelty consists in conducting a comprehensive analysis of threats to Russia's economic security as a result of the negative impact of the pandemic, as well as in forming recommendations for overcoming them. The results of the study. The authors analyzed the dynamics of the spread of the socio-economic impact of the pandemic on the national economy of Russia, and also identified three stages of the pandemic crisis determined by measures of international regulation and national economic policy. The article analyzes the factors of instability during the pandemic, and also highlights the threats to Russia's economic security. The authors have identified the basic directions of stabilization of the socio-economic situation in Russia.

WHAT THE COMING DAY HAS IN STORE FOR US: ON NEW CHALLENGES TO ECONOMIC SECURITY IN AN ERA OF INSTABILITY
