The objective of this research was to propose a platform as a technological tool for the application of Blended-Learning methodology in the teaching of a second language, in order to improve the development of student’s skills. The treatment of the proposal began with the bibliographical revision on second language learning theories and the analysis of teachers and student’s roles. Consequently, the research showed that Blended-Learning is a very useful pedagogical strategy to learn a language which combines the best of traditional and virtual mode to optimize performance; however, the success of learning is defined by the planning of didactic resources, therefore, the tool must be designed according to the learning approach.
