espanolEl turismo cultural es un tipo de turismo que esta adquiriendo una importancia cada vez mayor en Europa representando actualmente un 40% del total del turismo. Esta no solo radica en su aportacion economica, sino que a su vez este turismo actua como conservador y protector de los recursos culturales y patrimoniales. La declaracion de Patrimonio de la Humanidad ayuda a esta conservacion pero ademas exige cierto grado de renovacion por parte de los destinos, especialmente aquellos distinguidos como Ciudad Patrimonio de la Humanidad. El turista 2.0 busca nuevas experiencias a traves de las vividas por otros usuarios y utiliza Internet como medio para planificar su viaje. Los destinos deben gestionar las herramientas de reputacion online para conseguir una mayor satisfaccion del turista. Esto, junto con un grado de desarrollo turistico creciente, refuerza el posicionamiento de las Ciudades Patrimonio de la Humanidad de Espana en el Mundo. El objetivo de esta investigacion es analizar la reputacion online de las Ciudades Patrimonio de la Humanidad de Espana extrapolando los datos de cada uno de sus recursos al conjunto de la ciudad con el fin de identificar las ciudades mejor posicionadas en las herramientas de eWOM. Para ello se elaboraran una serie de indices de presencia en funcion de las variables de las herramientas asi como un analisis cuantitativo de las variables propias que permiten este tipo de analisis, y asi definir las ciudades con mejor posicionamiento en la reputacion online. EnglishCultural tourism is a type of tourism that is acquiring an importance greater and greater in Europe currently representing 40% of total tourism. This lies not only in its economic contribution but also acts as a preservative and protective of cultural and heritage resource. The declaration of World Human Heritage helps to this conservation but this also requires a degree of renewal by the destinations, especially those distinguished as a World Heritage Cities. The 2.0 tourist seeks new experiences through those experienced by other users, and uses Internet as a means for planning the trip. Destinations should manage online reputation tools for higher tourist satisfaction. This, coupled with an increasing degree of tourism development, strengthens the positioning of World Heritage Cities of Spain in the World. The objective of this research is to analyze the online reputation of World Heritage Cities of Spain extrapolating from each of its resources to the entire city in order to identify the best positioned cities in eWOM tools. This requires a presence index series based on the variables of the tools as well as a quantitative analysis of their own variables that allow this type of analysis, and thus define the cities with better positioning in the online reputation
