Jurisprudence cannot boast of expanded researches which would be dedicated to analysis of legal policy, including criminal justice. However, exactly evolution of criminal law is the focus of the article by the Professor Jacek Zieliński of Siedlce University of Natural Sciences and Humanities in Poland; he studied changes in the Polish policy of application of criminal law after 2016. Lasītājiem varētu rasties retorisks jautājums – vai atbilstošas izmaiņas nebūtu nepieciešamas arī Latvijas krimināltiesiskajā politikā?
