Application biourine is one of organic fertilizers alternative which can improve the availability and efficiency of nutrient uptake of plants that it contains microorganisms which can reduce the use of inorganic fertilizers and increase crop yields.  The aim of this research was to determine the effectivity of the concentration of biourine on two varieties of peanut to improve the yield of peanut production and seed quality. The experiment was conducted in State Polytechnic of Jember. Randomized Block Design was used as the experimental design which consist two factors. The concentration of biourine fertilizer as the first factor consisted of 10 ml/L (B1), 20 ml/L (B2) and 30 ml/L (B3). The second factor was the varieties of peanut consisted of Kelinci (V1) and Kancil (V2). The result showed that the concentration of biourine fertilizer has significant effect on the age flowering appear. The best concentration was 30 ml/L (B1) on this parameter. The using of varieties has very significant effect on all parameters and has significant effect on seed growth simultaneity except on high plant in 60 DAP. The best variety was Kancil (V2) on this parameter. The combination of biourine fertilizer and variety have significantly effect in all postharvest parameters. The best combination was biourine fertilizer 10 ml/L and Kancil (B1V2) have 2,72 ton/hectare yield.
