ヤマモモの部位別のラジカル捕捉活性を熱水抽出エタノール抽出で評価したところいずれも葉の活性が最も高く次いで枝未熟果であり種子と成熟果においては活性が著しく低かったまた活性が最も高かった当年葉について採取時期及び雌雄がラジカル捕捉活性に及ぼす影響について検討したところ採取地点にかかわらず7月採取葉の活性値が最も高かった
