症例は54才の女性.胸痛・対麻痺のため, 1989年7月14日, 当科入院.左S6原発肺腺癌, T4N2M1, stage IV, PS4と診断し, CDDP+VDS+IFXによる全身化学療法を行った.悪化の判定で, 胸水由来の腫瘍細胞とリンパ球を用いたin vitro sensitized (IVS) 細胞による養子免疫療法を行った.その後, 化学療法の直後に養子免疫療法を併用し, 約半年間quality of life (QOL) を保ちつつ, 病態の安定が続いた.養子免疫療法の併用は, 重篤な副作用もなく, 肺癌の集学的治療の一手法としての発展が期待される.
