肺癌111例の血清を用いて高分子ALPとGPDAを測定し, 両者の肝転移診断における有用性を比較検討した.高分子ALPの陽性率は, 肝転移のある群71.4%, 肝転移のない群6.7%で, 両群問に有意差を認めた.高分子ALPの肝転移診断におけるsensitivity, specificity, accuracyはそれぞれ71.4%, 93.3%, 89.2%であり, 肝転移診断の有用な指標と考えられた. GPDAのsensitivityは19.0%と極めて低く, specificityとaccuracyも高分子ALPより低率で, 肝転移の指標としては不適当であった.
