は じめ に 唾 液 腺,1),2)涙腺,1)乳腺,3),4)食道 ラ)肺,6)~9)子 宮10)等 で 発 生 す るadenoid cysti ccarcinomaは 光 顕 あ る い は電 顕 で 観 察 され て い る が,気 管 気 管 支 由 来 のadenoid cystic carcinomaは 比 較 的 稀 な も の で,電 顕 に よ る観 察 は 少 な い.電 顕 観 察 か ら, 筋 上 皮 様 細 胞 が 見 られ る ため,そ の 起 原 は 筋上 皮 細 胞 と考 え る者2),5),7),11),12)が い るが 筋上 皮 様 細 胞 が 観 察 され なか った と云 う報 告13)も あ る. 又 筋 上 皮 様 細 胞 が 即adenoid cystic carcinoma の 細 胞 起 原 と断 定 す る こ とは早 急 で あ る とす る 者 もいる,2),3)電顕 で腫 瘍 細 胞 内 に数 種 の 細 線 維 が 観 察 され る が,そ の性 質 ま で知 る事 は 不 可 能 で, 腫 瘍 細 胞 の 起 原 の 検 索 に は,免 疫 細 胞 化 学 的手 段 が 役 立 つ と考 え られ て いる書)・9)そ の た め 我 々 は, 抗 ア クチ ン抗 体,抗 ケ ラチ ン抗 体 を用 い た,間 接 蛍 光 抗 体 法 を使 って,そ の 細 胞 起 原 につ い て 検 討 した.唾 液 腺 由 来 のadenoid cystic carcinomaの 間 質 に 含 む とされ る酸 性 ム コ物 質1),14),15)を 肺 の そ れ につ い て,酸 性 ム コ多糖 分 解 酵 素 とル テ ニ ウ ム レ ッ ド染 色 を組 み合 わせ て検 討 した.
