2. 銅 の 固 定 第1表 のよ うなCu3g/l程 度の液か らCuだ けを 回 収対 象 とす るときには,鉄 屑 の置換反応 に よる送風収銅 槽が多 く使 われている。 しか しZn,Coを 回収 しよ う とす るな らば,こ の収銅法では液 中Fe濃 度が増し,ま ず Feの 除去 のた めに液 中Fe++をFe+++に 酸化後, 中和沈殿 によつ て処理せねばな らず,酸 化は空気酸化 に せ よCl2酸 化 にせ よ多量のFeに 対 して容易でない。 また中和沈殿 したFe(OH)3は 多量 でかつ微粒子であ る から脱水 も面倒 であ り,ま た沈殿にCo++が 吸着 して 損失 にな る懸念 もある。か くしてFeが 液 中に増 さない よ うな収銅法 を選ぶ必要 があ り,(1)硫化銅沈殿,(2)電 解, (3)塩化第一銅沈殿等がある。(1)はよ く知 られているので 本報 では(2),(3)を検討 した。 2・1 第一銅塩の沈殿について 浸出液 中にClが ある場合に沈殿銅 を添加す る と塩 化第一銅の沈殿 が生ず る。 Cu+++Cu°+2Cl= 2CuCl↓ (2-1) これを実際 に確認す る意味で,試 薬CuSO4を 用いて
