In this experimental study, the machining parameter s, tool electrode, current, pulse on time, pulse of time, wire feed and wire tension has been studied using Incone l-625 as work piece in Wire electrical discharge ma chining (WEDM). The optimization of these parameters is very crucial for the greatest manufacturing results and product ion at the lowest cost. In order to get the maximum output from these industries, the material removal rate and surface roughness should be optimized. The experiment has been executed using Ta uchi’s mixed array L18 (2 *3) and ANOVA technique using MINITAB software to determine the significant and no-significant parameters. This paper demonstrates t hat the WEDM process parameters can be adjusted for the ach ievement of better MRR and SR simultaneously.
