Background: Perceived stress, positive and negative emotions and sleep quality are three important aspects that affect the physical and mental health of nurses. They have become a public health issue widely concerned in the society. Psychological resilience training can effectively improve psychological resilience and positive emotions, and reduce negative emotions. Accordingly, emotional resilience training was used in this study to intervene in nurses’ perceived stress, positive and negative emotions and sleep quality.
