The value of the company is the most important thing for investor. Indicators of the good or bad of a company can be seen by investors through the value of the company itself. The global, social and political economy in Indonesia can also influence the condition of the capital market so that later it will have an effect on the company's business activities. This study intends to see the extent of the influence of the Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) and dividend policy on the value of state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample that the researcher took in this study was 11 companies that were in the Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) and had published their financial statements on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2014-2018 period. This study uses the analysis of multiple linear regression models. The author analyzes existing data using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). The results of the analysis that have been conducted show that the Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) and dividend policy have a positive influence on corporate value. We hopes that this research can contribute or input to the company in achieving the company's goals to increase company value. This can also be a consideration and input for investors in investing in companies on the BEI
