This paper presents the Developing of Cognitive and Religious Values in the Taḥfiẓul al-Qur'ān Program at Qurrota A'yun Kindergarten Yogyakarta. The subjects in this study were students of Class B Kindergarten Qurrota A'yun Yogyakarta. The research method used is a mixed method with a sequential exploratory design. Namely processing qualitative data first, then reinforced with quantitative data. The results of the analysis showed that the taḥfīẓul al-Qur'ān program which was implemented, was able to improve children's cognitive abilities. The implications on the development of children's religious values include being able to memorize prayer readings, dhikr, and prayers. The children also did not seem interested in performing prayers and reading the Qur'an compilation at home. This is reinforced by quantitative data showing children's cognitive abilities and religious values increased by 15% after receiving the taḥfīẓ program.
