Orchids are a very popular ornamental plants, but orchids have a very slow vegetative g rowth, thus requiring special treatment in the g rown.To spur g row than development ca n be used t hrough tissue culture techniques of multiplication. B ut t he success of the technique of tissue c ulture is inseparable with g ive a substance on the plant g rowth regulator. This study a ims t o determine the growth  an i nfluence  D.phalaenopsis F itzg orchids of g iving a g a int swith I B A a dministration a nd Kinetin acc ording to in vitro a nd a s well a s to obtain a concentration c o mbination of I B A and K inetin on the best orchid D.Phalaenops is F itzg explants. B a se don’t he results of the study indicate that the c ombination of I B A a nd Kinetin c oncentration g iving a influence percentage of live e x plants,   number of shoots a nd number of roots orchid D. phalaenopsis F itzg explants.Combination treatment of I BA 1.0 ppm a nd 0.1ppm Kinetin is a combination of the best treatment to produce a number of shoots orchids.The g iving of I B A 0.5ppm in the medium without the a ddition o f kinetin concentration ca n increase the number o f roots of the o rchid D.phalaenopsis F itzg.
