Concerns over global warming and energy scarcity issues have led to the global promotion of a hydrogen energy society. Assurance of the strength reliability of structural elements used for hydrogen gas stations and/or hydrogen gas pipelines, particularly for steel from an economical viewpoint, are becoming an important issue.
