抄録:電 気刺激あ るいはメサ コ リン,ピ ロカル ピン,メ ソキサ ミンお よびイ ソプ レナ リンな どの分泌刺激 薬 の種類 によ り,ラ ッ ト耳下腺 と顎下腺唾液 の蛋 白質成分が質 ・量 的に変動 す るのかしない のかを決定す る ために,酸 性お よび塩基性 のゲル を用い るディスク電泳法 によって観察 した。その結果:耳 下腺唾液 の蛋 白 質成分 はいずれ も,刺 激 の種類では質 ・量 的に変 わらなか った。 鼓索神経の電気刺激 と α-受容器刺激類似薬 であるメソキサ ミン 刺激 の顎下腺唾液 の蛋白質成 分は ともに, 全 く類似 の特徴 ある電泳 像を示 したが,三 者 が全 く類似 の電泳像 を示す メサ コリン,ピ ロカル ピンお よびイ ソプ レナ リン刺激唾液のそれ らとは全 く異な る結果 を示 した。 したが って,ラ ッ ト顎 下腺 には β-受容器依存 性 とは別 に,耳 下腺には存在 しない α-受容器依存性の蛋 白分泌 系が存在す る。 なお,鼓 索神経 の電気 刺激唾 液 の蛋白質成分 の雌雄差 は,質 ・量的 にも認め られなかった。
