We report the longitudinal magnetic field effect on BaHfO3 (BHO)dopedmultilayered SmBa2Cu3Oy (SmBCO) films fabricated on singlecrystalline substrates by pulsed laser deposition method. This longitudinal magnetic field effect was observed under the forcefree state and this peculiar state caused the gain of the critical current density (Jc) with a peak against magnetic fields. We have reported that the Jc peak appears on multilayered SmBCO films with short BHO nanorods. In this study, we observed the remarkable Jc gain by up to 32 compared with the Jc in selffield. In addition, we measured the JcB curves at several temperatures. [doi:10.2320/jinstmet.JC201603]
