During RB service life, it is necessary to monitor the structure's performance through regular inspection of deterioration and other defects, investigate and detect the emerging problems and control the appropriate maintenance works [2]. The service life depends on the physical deterioration of materials and limitation of applied solutions, as well. The energy efficiency, especially thermal protection of buildings is a problem whose solution may also include the issues of technological, economic, social, legal, and moral obsolescence [3] of the existing residential buildings that were built in an industrial manner. Therefore, it has to be primary assessed so the energy rehabilitation measures could be set as compatible to the other building renewal activities.
