The CE150 Helicopter is one of the ranges offered by HUMUSOFT for teaching systems dynamics and control engineering principles. It has two degrees of freedom and is a MIMO system. We consider only Azimuth system for identification and control. There are many approaches to system identification. We choose NN structure and train it by Back-propagation and then use GA and PSO for optimizing the NN's training. At last we design PSO controller of Azimuth system
