COMO A DISSEMINAÇÃO EFICIENTE DAS POLÍTICAS DE TI PODE INFLUENCIAR NA MELHORIA DOS SERVIÇOS PRESTADOS À CIDADE

This article presents a proposition of disseminating both governance policy and Information and Communication Technology management from Curitiba City Hall, together with a strategic marketing communication plan which aims services enhancements for the population from Curitiba and metropolitan area. It is based on the development and awareness of civil servants from municipal public service and makes uses of accessible and available resources, technologies, and tools from known virtual environment which is used in the town government departments. The proposition is to disseminate information in an efficient way and use easy language to make all the civil servants familiar with the institutionalized policies and rules, with the intent to provide not only improvement of public services but also effective understanding of the regulations established by the City Hall.
