El presente, articulo pretende, generar procesos de reflexion sobre el verdadero objetivo de la inclusion educativa, en el marco de los derechos humanos, haciendo un breve recuento historico de la realidad de las poblaciones diversas o que en el termino de la normalidad se alejaban de esta; convirtiendose en grupos minoritarios, sujetos de vulneracion en sus derechos; especificamente, el derecho fundamental a la educacion. Ademas, se contemplaran aspectos fundamentales, considerados elementos basicas para la concrecion de una educacion para todos , como lo son: las disposiciones legales, las diferencias significativas, entre la llamada integracion educativa y los procesos de inclusion; el papel del docente, su formacion y participacion en el proceso de transicionde una escuela excluyente, a una escuela incluyente.Abstract.The following article pretends to generate reflection processes about the real objective of the inclusive education in the human rights frame, doing a brief historical review about the reality of the different populations or that in the normal term they might be away, becoming minor groups held to the violation of their rights, specifically the fundamental right to education. Besides fundamental aspects will be taken into account, considering basic elements for the concretion of the education for everyone, as they are: legal availability, meaningful differences between the so called educative integration and the inclusive processes, the teacher’s role, his formation and participation in the transition process from an absolute school to an inclusive one.
