A number of reasons can trigger Dorsalgias, commonly known as back pain. Some professions require workers to pose inappropriate postures, which overload the spine and consequently can cause pain. Due to the stance taken on the bike, the motorcycle may have spinal compromises. In this project, a diagnosis was made on the complaints of back pain of motorcycle taxi driver of the municipality of Itapetinga-Ba and to develop an extension activity, using informative / educational posters and videos and informal conversations, passing information aiming at prevention with the adoption of habits appropriate to the work routine of these professionals. Almost half of the motorcycle taxi driver in the municipality of Itapetinga Ba report having back pain daily, especially in the lower back. This data increases when related to excessive work hours, physical inactivity and poor postural habits.
