Resumo Esse trabalho e resultado de uma pesquisa de mestrado que teve  como objetivo apreender os modos de construcao da insercao social no cotidiano de sujeitos em sofrimento psiquico a partir dos discursos dos profissionais do CAPS I Ana Nery na cidade de Cachoeira/BA. Para tanto, foi lancada mao de um estudo de caso com entrevistas  semiestruturadas, efetivando uma pesquisa qualitativa. Para analise das falas fez-se uso da Analise do discurso de Pecheux. Os resultados e discussoes estao apresentados em quatro categorias de analise: os ‘nos’ no processo de insercao social de usuarios do dispositivo de saude mental, CAPS; CAPS: tecendo insercao social nas malhas da cidade; acoes de contratualidade na saude mental e; corresponsabilizacao:equipe tecnica e familiares de usuarios de CAPS na promocao de  insercao social. A discussao que intercala essas categorias promove a leitura para uma possivel insercao social de sujeitos em sofrimento psiquico, visando a efetivacao da politica de desinstitucionalizacao no movimento  antimanicomial. A pesquisa nos leva a constatar os desafios que se apresentam ao processo de insercao social para usuarios de CAPS e as agonias e lutas que esse dispositivo de desinstitucionalizacao enfrenta cotidianamente para sustentar as ideias antimanicomiais em suas praticas. Abstract This paper is the result of a Master's level research seeking to understand the construction of modes of social inclusion in the quotidian of individuals suffering psychological distress. Based on professional practitioners’ reports from the Ana Nery Psycho-social Care Center (CAPS) in the city of Cachoeira in the state of Bahia, this case study uses semi-structured interviews to carry out a qualitative research. The analysis of the spoken texts makes use of Pecheux speech analysis. The results and discussions are presented under four categories: the 'knots' within the social integration process of psycho-social care in CAPS; weaving social inclusion into urban meshes through CAPS; contractuality in mental health; and, co-responsibility: the role of technical staff and CAPS users’ families in promoting social inclusion. The discussion running through these categories promotes a reading towards the possible social inclusion of individuals in psychological distress, aimed at the realization of a policy of deinstitutionalization within the anti-asylum movement. The research acknowledges the challenges facing the social inclusion process facing CAPS users and the agonies and struggles the dispositif of deinstitutionalization takes on every day to sustain anti-asylum initiatives within its practices.
