Sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata Nees), Ciplukan (Physalis angulata L), and Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica L.) plants are commonly used for traditional medicine individually. These all plants have shown efficacy as antidiabetic, but their combination has not been proven. To prove its safety and efficacy, a safety test and antidiabetic efficacy test were made from the ingredients of Sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata Nees), Ciplukan (Physalis angulata L), and Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica L.). Safety tests were carried out using Wistar rat strain while the antidiabetic efficacy test used Sprague Dawley mouse strain intervened with high fat content (80% feed, 15% animal fat, 5% protein and 1.8 g fructose / kb BW mice orally) for 55 days and induced by streptozotosin (35 mg / kg BW ip) dosing of herb SCP is 57.6 mg / 200g BW, 115.2 mg / 200g BW and 230.4 mg / 200g BB. Antidiabetic data were analyzed using computer devices. The safety test results showed that the extract dose of 870 mg /200g BW rats was equivalent to the powder dose of 3534,37 mg /200g BW rats did not show toxic effects. The test results showed that the antidiabetic dose of SCP herb was 57.6 mg / 200g rat BW that were consistent for up to 14 days compared to the negative control and the two other dose groups (115.2 mg / 200g BW and 230.4 mg / 200g BW) with andrographolide content of Sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata Nees) was 8,3%. It was concluded that SCP herbs are safe and have antidiabetic effects.
