The aim of the study was to assess the knowledge and practice of post natal mothers regarding essential newborn care at Vishakhapatnam. The analysis of the study made based on findings obtained from descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. The study findings revealed that there is no significant difference between the knowledge and practice of postnatal mothers regarding essential newborn care.
