O texto problematiza a formacao humana e politicas que lhe dao suporte. Interconecta narrativas de diferentes grupos sociais de idosos – que, ou estao alojados em uma instituicao publica de recolhimento, ou sao moradores de rua, ou, ainda, participam de acoes pedagogicas comunitarias – com grupos que constituem instituicoes formais de educacao publica. Os dados coletados se cruzam com a teoria em uma ampla relacao entre pensadores da educacao e da politica. Tem como foco o compartilhamento de confluencias e dispersoes com que os mecanismos de exclusao e/ ou inclusao destituem e/ou restituem a capacidade de avaliacao, de escolha e de autonomia desses grupos e sujeitos. Palavras- chave: educacao; idoso; memoria; inclusao/exclusao. Summary The text brings out problems of human development and politics that give it support. It inter-connects accounts of different social groups of old people – who are either housed in a public care institution, or are street dwellers, or yet who take part in community action in public education – with groups made up of formal institutions of public education. Collected data is confronted with theory in a far reaching relationship between experts in education and politics. The focus is sharing agreements as well as oppositions with regard to how exclusion and/or inclusion eliminate and/or enhance the capacity of evaluation, choice and autonomous being of such groups and individuals.
