The globalized is marked by the strong presence of information conveyed by the media in different means, which contributes to the increase of public interest in what is shown in these channels. An example of this is the relative increase in the interest in the search for science, especially in present pandemic period (COVID-19), where scientific aspects permeate most of the published information. However, the search for information can present certain barriers, such as the difficulty in understanding scientific content or even the encounter with false digital materials (“fake news”). Based in this context, this project aimed at using digital channels to disseminate science through different materials, in order to reconnect people to the search for scientific knowledge, stimulating through curiosity the habit of questioning. The methodology used for the production of the materials to be disseminated was based on the use of computer programs and cell phone applications for making and editing the digital materials created and bibliographic research based on consultation (and citation) from trusted sources (scientific). The disclosure was initially linked to the official social network of the group: CIENTUD com SOFIA (Instagram: @ cientud.sofia), which means Science in Everything with the group of Organic Synthesis and Formation of bIomateriAs (SOFIA research group, guided by Professor Luisa Marçal – IFRJ).
