One of the most controversial themes in the history of the interpretation of the Qur`an is the interpretation of the verses of the Qur`an related to the attributes of Allah Swt. Fakhr al-Dȋn al-Rȃzȋ was a commentator who interpreted the verses of nature. This study aims to find out the interpretation and approach used by Fakhr al-Dȋn al-Rȃzȋ in interpreting the verses of nature. The adjective verses that are the focus of the author here are the pronunciation of istawȃon QS. Ṭhȃhȃ: 5, yad on QS. al-Fatḥ: 10, wajh on QS. al-Rahmȃn: 27, ‘ain on QS. Hȗd: 37, and sȃq on QS. al-Qalam: 42. These words were chosen because they were widely discussed by the scholars in their works, especially in the treasures of Qur`anic Studies. The conclusions that can be drawn from this study are: First, Fakhr al-Dȋn al-Rȃzȋ tends to use takwȋl in understanding the verses of nature that is not to interpret the meaning of a sentence with the meaning that is apparent because there are arguments that prevent it from being interpreted with the meaning. Second, it tends to use language and logic approaches in interpreting adjective sentences.
