We study the infrared conformality of twelve-flavor QCD on the lattice, utilizing the Highly Improved Staggered Quark action, which realizes the simulations with minimal discretization error. The finite-size scaling test of the conformal hypothesis is performed for low-lying meson spectra. Our result is consistent with the conformal hypothesis for mass anomalous dimension g 0:4 0:5. Furthermore, the flavor-singlet scalar is found to be lighter than the pion, in sharp contrast to real-life QCD. This may be a hint to explain the Higgs boson mass as light as 125 GeV in walking technicolor.
