Offset Quadrature phase-shift keying (OQPSK) is a variant of phase-shift keying modulation using 4 different values of the phase to transmit. This paper shows how an OQPSK signal is transmitted from base station to the spacecraft with the addition of AWGN (Additive White Gaussian Noise) and then received at Spacecraft. Further the signal is transmitted from Spacecraft and received at base station. The goal is to calculate the time delay of the signal which takes place while transmission from base station to the receiving to base station. We are transmitting the Tausworthe codes i.e. T2B and T4B from the source. When the delays of the components have been determined, the T2B and T4B code can be regenerated clean from the noise. We present here the detailed Simulink model of OQPSK transceiver along with its delay calculation.
