In search for a connection between the formation of stars and the formationof planets, a new semi-automatic spectral analysis method using \textsf{iSpec}was developed for the TIGRE telescope installed in Guanajuato, Mexico. TIGRE isa 1.2m robotic telescope, equipped with an Echelle spectrograph (HEROS), with aresolution R $\simeq 20000$. \textsf{iSpec} is a synthetic spectral fittingprogram for stars that allows to determine in an homogeneous way theirfundamental parameters: effective temperature, $T_{\rm eff}$, surface gravity,$\log g$, metallicities, $[M/H]$ and $[Fe/H]$, and rotational velocity, $V \sini$. In this first article we test our method by analysing the spectra of 46stars, host of exoplanets, obtained with the TIGRE.
