В статье приведено описание методики построения объемной карты (томограммы) распределения твердости и модуля упругости (Юнга) по данным, полученным в режиме динамического механического анализа (DMA). В качестве объекта испытаний использовалась тонкая пленка меди на подложке из стекла. The article describes the method for constructing a three-dimensional map (tomogram) of the distribution of hardness and modulus of elasticity (Young's modulus) based on dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) mode. A thin film of copper on a glass substrate was used as test object.
