o presente ensaio busca tracar um panorama entre o atual sistema vigente brasileiro da extradicao, bem como mostrar o outro lado do mesmo discurso presente na EU que e o da Entrega e Detencao, que aparece como uma evolucao da extradicao. Neste contexto buscamos tambem contrapor a ideia de entrega ao TPI que tambem consiste em uma evolucao a burocratizada dinâmica da extradicao. Entre estes tres horizontes buscaremos nos orientar entre quais destes estaremos mais proximos de uma justica social, orientada a protecao do individuo e apta a fazer justica.
